What does it cost to have a floor laid?
That depends on the subfloor, the surface area and what is there now. That is why we do not quote a price per m² without knowing your floor. Send us photos and the measurements via the form or WhatsApp and you will get a fixed price on paper. If we cannot tell remotely, we come and look first.
Do you also provide floor leveling services?
Yes. Especially with luxury vinyl (and many Amsterdam floors) leveling is often essential for achieving a flawless result. We assess the substrate and advise whether leveling is necessary.
Can you install baseboards?
Absolutely. Skirting boards complete the look: we install them precisely and finish all joints impeccably. We supply and install various types of baseboards according to your preferences.
How long does floor installation take?
For 40 to 50 m² of straight planks count on one to two working days and about three for herringbone, skirting boards included. If levelling is needed, add a drying day.
Do you work with landlords and HOAs?
Yes. A new floor is one of the quickest ways to refresh a property for rental or sale. We have extensive experience with HOA requirements regarding sound insulation and underlay specifications.
