Which terms apply
We use the general terms and conditions of Koninklijke Bouwend Nederland, the Dutch construction industry association. Your quote states which set applies to you, and you receive that set as a PDF with the quote. The terms are in Dutch, and the Dutch text is binding.
- Private clients: AVA Consumenten 2023 (PDF, Dutch)
- Homeowners' associations (VvE) and businesses: AVA Zakelijk 2023 (PDF, Dutch)
Deviations
For private clients, article 11.2 of the AVA Consumenten 2023 (collection costs) does not apply; statutory rules apply instead. If anything conflicts, the terms of the quote prevail, as far as the law allows.
