How we approach it
One person wants a water-resistant PVC floor for the kitchen, another warm oak parquet for the living room. Whatever you choose: a floor lies as crisp as the subfloor beneath it. That is why we start there, not with the planks.
Send us photos of the room and the measurements. You will get a fixed price on paper, with levelling, skirting boards and trimming doors already included in the same job.
We arrange it: you choose the floor, we order it for you and install it. One point of contact, one quote for floor and fitting.
Concrete, wooden boards or tiles each need a different approach. If the floor is not flat, we level it first. Otherwise every unevenness shows through or the joints open up.
For 40 to 50 m² of straight planks, count on one to two working days, and about three for herringbone, skirting boards included.
Levelling, laying, skirting boards and trimming doors are all done by us. We take the old floor away. No need to hire a second party.
Then we only lay it. Send the order confirmation and we will check whether the quantity is right: 5 to 8% cutting waste for straight planks, about 15% for herringbone.
