What does it cost?
A price per m² says little until we know your floor. These six things determine what it costs. Send us photos and the measurements, and you will get a fixed price in writing.
Concrete, wooden boards or tiles each need a different approach. If the floor is not level, we level it first. Otherwise every bump shows through or the joints open up.
We mitre along every wall. Lots of corners, alcoves or a bay window mean more cutting and more waste.
If the old floor has to come out, we remove it and take it away. If there is already a flat, solid floor, it can often stay.
If the new floor sits higher, we trim the doors. Transitions are finished with a matching profile.
We take the radiators off and put them back. Around pipes we cut the floor to fit.
In an upper-floor apartment in the city centre, everything goes up the stairs and the waste comes back down. We include that in the price.
What our price includes and a web shop price usually does not: levelling where needed, skirting boards, trimming doors, radiators off and back on, and removing the old floor.
